A balcony leads off the open plan living room and dining room, and the fitted kitchen is equipped with a washing machine.
The basement provides useful storage for beach equipment and has a shower for washing off sand.
The house has a bathroom and separate cloakroom.
The village is a peaceful retreat from other bustling resorts in the South West of the island. Many Mallorcan people who work in Palma during the week choose to spend the weekend in their 'holiday' house in San Telmo. It is therefore a haven for the those on holiday who want to discover the ‘real’ coastal Mallorca.
The village has a small supermarket and three delicatessen/bakery type shops, a chemist and a couple of gift shops which sell newspapers, postcards, swimming equipment, etc.
For more ‘serious’ shopping, there is nearby Puerto Andratx or Santa Ponsa, Porto Pi (just outside Palma) and Palma itself, which is fast becoming a cosmopolitan city and is well worth a visit. Why not hire a horse and cart to take you round the city or visit the Plaza Major and sip a cool drink whilst being entertained by the various street musicians and exhibitionists!

The house is one of four ‘town’ houses built into the rocks. The roof terrace is equipped with a barbecue, table and comfortable chairs from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and mountain range of Sa Dragonera. There is also a balcony that looks over the bay.
The House
The four houses in the terrace share a communal garden and it is possible to park right outside the front door.

The Area
San Telmo is a small, quiet fishing resort in the South West of the Balearic island, Mallorca.The beaches
There are two small beaches within easy walking distance (about two minutes for the first and four for the second).
It is also possible to swim from the house to the beach in about 5 minutes!
The village
There are a number of good restaurants in San Telmo, all within a short walk.Airports
San Telmo is approximately 40 minutes drive from Palma airport.
