VILLA FOR RENT
This south facing and sunny villa enjoys extensive views over the harbour and port area. On a clear day, the coastline can be seen stretching as far as Westerly tip of Mallorca and the view extends to Ibiza. It is very private and occupies an enviable position above the harbour of Puerto Andratx.
The living area is open and spacious, whilst retaining cosy areas. The covered frontage of the villa provides summer shade, and an out-door dining area is set on a terrace above the pool. All rooms on both floors have gorgeous views over sea and harbour.
The villa is presented in an excellent and well cared for condition, with central heating and air-conditioning. The swimming pool curves around the base of the villa, with sun loungers set on the pool terrace.
The property has a twin garage, and a lift for taking groceries and shopping down to the kitchen. The villa is approximately 389 m2 on a plot size of 1,625 m2.
RENTAL ACCOMMODATION (sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms)
The entrance/reception hall is on the upper floor, together with 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a small lounge/dressing area and a bathroom en-suite. Two of these bedrooms have terraces with truly spectacular sea views.
Stairs lead down to the ground-floor living area and to the fourth (twin) bedroom, which has an adjacent WC.
PUERTO ANDRATX TOURIST INFORMATION
The natural harbour of Puerto Andratx is surrounded by mountains, and its water front restaurants and shops lend a cosmopolitan feel. The fishing fleet returns to the harbour each night at around 5pm, and their fresh catch of the day is on sale within minutes. The beaches are perfect for families and children, and water sports are popular, particularly diving at nearby San Telmo and Dragonera Island. Inland, the market town of Andratx is near by and further along the rugged West coast of Mallorca are the villages of Deia and Valdemossa. Golf courses are nearby by, as is horse riding, guided walking and numerous other in-land activities.
