Stone built villa with enviable views across the beautiful Mallorquin countryside yet only 1 kilometer walk to restaurants and bars in the town of Sineu.

VILLA FOR RENT

Villa Ses Tanquetas is a detached villa with a large garden area to explore and enjoy. The villa has 2 terraces, of which one has a dining table and chairs perfect for summer al fresco dining. The other terrace has a traditonal wood burning stove.


One of the terraces leads down to the private pool.



Inside the villa you will find a lounge and dining area with an open fire for the cooler months. The kitchen area is well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay and there is a washing machine in the villa.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION (3 bedrooms sleeps 5)

The villa sleeps 5 people. There is a double bedroom which is en-suite, a twin room and a single room. The villa has a second bathroom.

MALLORCA TOURIST INFORMATION

The villa is set in untouched countryside near Sineu in the geographical centre of the Island of Mallorca. Therefore it makes a great base to get out and explore all that Mallorca has to offer. The closest beaches are in The North of the island C'an Picafort is only 20 minutes drive from the villa. The capital of the island Palma is approximately 40 minutes drive.


The road from Palma does not go through any town or village until it reaches Sineu. It is the only road that runs inland to the centre of the island with this characteristic, and it provides a clue about what to expect: reminiscences of royalty and nobility, of farming and rural solitude.

Sineu is famous for its traditional Mallorcan restaurants and cellers but in addition has plenty of local bars and places to eat. The islands best local market is on a Wednesday when the town really comes to life.


For those who choose to venture slightly further afield, all the main attractions of this Balearic Island are within each reach of this central location. Most beaches are within a 30 minutes drive.

How to get here

Palma is the nearest airport it takes approximately 45 minutes by car to and from the villa (we recommend that you hire a car from the airport; please ask for advice is desired). Sineu has a train service which is within walking distance from the villa. Trains run to Palma, Manacor and some of the Mallorquin towns.
